We’re based in Ann Arbor, Michigan but we love doing research on cool things in fab spots then sharing the beauty we find around the globe with you. Here you’ll find a combination of writing, photography, art, history, and stories that, all combined, aim to give you a snapshot of loveliness in the world, spreading joy and inspiration to help you get out there and see things too. We’re here for all you “armchair travelers” and travel book lovers and bargain hunters and globetrotters and students and families and solo-travelers and romantic wonderers + wanderers and, of course, all the flâneurs & flâneuses.

If you want to join us, we accept submissions of original essays, top 5 lists, top 10 lists, city travel guides, restaurant reviews, hotel reviews, attraction reviews, book reviews and original art, photo-essays, videos and more. We’re even open to well-researched pieces about places you haven’t been – think dream vacation planning scenarios you’ve been meticulously crafting but haven’t yet been able to swing for some reason (yet)! No, your pitch doesn’t have to fit inside one of these boxes (but it can).Yes, this includes if you made something cool on a social platform and want to submit it to us to embed here as a video or slideshow. If you have a quirky idea for a post, let us know. We’re open to sharing joy!
